I called this company going through the list from my Yelp search. I ended up committing to an appointment with another sewer line rodding/camera plumbing service company in the midst of those phone calls. However, Drains Inc (Tim) called me back about an hour after those calls and despite mentioning that I booked an appointment with someone else, he did not rush to hang up and go about his day. Tim spoke to me for 15 minutes and asked about my issue and gave me some really great advice to save me money. That kind of ethics and integrity is rare these days and he really didn't have to. I am keeping my appointment with the other plumber to be respectful to my commitment to the next day appointment for basic rodding, but I am definitely calling Drains Inc the next time something in my money pit of a house decides to go wrong. He hauls everything in his van saving you time and money for sewer line issues, which are almost always time sensitive (so no need to wait for a rodder or a camera to be borrowed or rented). On top of that he is a stand up guy with fair pricing, so win win. Drains Inc. Saved to contacts.

My house has a retention area with a drain to help move the water. The drain was clogged and I called Tim out. He unclogged it and put a camera in to see what was going on and he found the drainage pipe had collapsed and needed to be cut out and replaced. The quote was very reasonable and he came out and fixed it. No problems since! Great service! Great company!

Called Tim for a backed up sewer. Tim and crew arrived right when he said he would. Professional, clean and organized truck. Ran a cutter through the outside cleanout to the street. Put a camera in and saw some more roots. Cleaned out more and ran the camera in all the way into the city main sewer and then went the other way into the house.

Everything is going where it is supposed to go. Happy house again. I will be recommending Drains Inc anytime I hear that someone needs some plumbing work. Thanks for being one of the good tradesman. There are others out there, but getting harder to find. Find one and stick with them!
