Tim from Drains, inc is seriously the best — we've had a history of issues with our water backing up and our basement flooding. Tim diagnosed the root of our issues and we haven't had issues since then (over 2 years!). Not only that, Tim educates you rather than being condescending, which is really appreciated 😊 I highly recommend!

Tim with Drains Inc is awesome! Our sewer line was backing up and Tim came promptly at scheduled time with equipment and camera. We discovered we had serious tree roots in our line and after rodding all the way to the street we were clog free.
