Tim was very informative even before coming out to clear my sewer line for tree roots. He explained exactly what could and could not be done with the service provided. Highly recommend for honest evaluation.

Tim at Drains, Inc. went above and beyond to help us when we had a plumbing crisis. He came after hours to clear the sewer drain and then followed up with a scheduled appointment to repair the line. He and his team worked efficiently to make the repair. We are very grateful for his quick response and great work.

My house has a retention area with a drain to help move the water. The drain was clogged and I called Tim out. He unclogged it and put a camera in to see what was going on and he found the drainage pipe had collapsed and needed to be cut out and replaced. The quote was very reasonable and he came out and fixed it. No problems since! Great service! Great company!

I called this company going through the list from my Yelp search. I ended up committing to an appointment with another sewer line rodding/camera plumbing service company in the midst of those phone calls. However, Drains Inc (Tim) called me back about an hour after those calls and despite mentioning that I booked an appointment with someone else, he did not rush to hang up and go about his day. Tim spoke to me for 15 minutes and asked about my issue and gave me some really great advice to save me money. That kind of ethics and integrity is rare these days and he really didn't have to. I am keeping my appointment with the other plumber to be respectful to my commitment to the next day appointment for basic rodding, but I am definitely calling Drains Inc the next time something in my money pit of a house decides to go wrong. He hauls everything in his van saving you time and money for sewer line issues, which are almost always time sensitive (so no need to wait for a rodder or a camera to be borrowed or rented). On top of that he is a stand up guy with fair pricing, so win win. Drains Inc. Saved to contacts.
